Man try to help pupils across the floor river using plastic bag.

In Vietnam ,Sam Lang village.The river was floor and the bridge cannot stand still flooding water because current water floor was too strong to use the bridge.This man try to help school pupils to cross the river using the plastic bag,it not a crime.See this video below.
